Secretarial Staff

While providing support to the Associate Vice President for Facilities, managers, supervisors, and fellow staff members, the secretaries also maintain the flow of communications. They have the responsibility of directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate area providing efficient and accurate service to the community. Janice Carter directly supports the AVP for Facilities and tracks capital projects, residence halls and cyclical renewal projects. Janice Carter and Josey Meza share invoicing responsibilities and Josey Meza also supports Facilities supervisors. Linda Piper is point-of-contact for service request inquiries. Marilyn assists the Director of Transporation and Parking along with dispersing Parking Permits and Bus Passes.
