Neighbor Pass Program
College neighbors living within the Collins View
and Dunthorpe neighborhood boundaries may utilize campus facilities by
purchasing a Neighbor Pass card at the Office of Campus Safety at Gate
3. The cost of the pass is $200.00 per year. Hours for purchasing cards
are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Proof of residence must be provided
at the time of purchase.
This program is available only to those families
living within the Collins View and Dunthorpe neighborhood boundaries.
Use of cards is limited to IMMEDIATE family members only. Cards are valid
for one year from the date of purchase, and must be renewed annually to
continue privileges.
The Neighbor Pass Program entitles the purchaser to limited use of Lewis
& Clark College facilities as follows:
- Aubrey Watzek Library
Program participants may use library facilities and have access to all
materials, excluding computers and material searches. Participants are
also entitled to limited check-out privileges. For answers to further

- Pamplin Sports Center
Program participants have limited use of the indoor swimming pool and
weight room ONLY. Access is subject to availability, with priority given
to scheduled events. Participants also have limited access to the outdoor
swimming pool, track, and tennis courts. The availability of the sports
facilities will be determined by the Director of Athletics. Scheduled
hours are posted on a weekly basis at various locations in Pamplin Sports
