My experience at the Full Sail Brewery

While these conversations and observations tell a great deal about Full Sail's integrity, the context in which they were given said more. I called Full Sail's 1-800-244-BEER thinking that my first contact would be with a voice recorder. Instead it was real live women who answered the phone. She did not seem to mind answering my questions on a warm summer Friday and gave me the names and numbers of people I could contact to obtain my own private tour. I called and spoke to Matt who assured me that he could accommodate my scheduling conflicts. The tour itself could not have been more personal or thorough. Arriving fifteen minutes late, my friend Katie and myself sauntered in to be meet by Matt and a coworker Dave. Six hours later, after going out to lunch, touring the entire brewery, meeting one of the owners and taking part in "triangle test" (the brewer's work of tasting and comparing two batches of similarly made beer) Katie and I were at the bar with full drinking privileges. Dave stayed with us for a few samples, answered a few more questions and left. Five minutes later, Matt arrived at the bar to say good-bye. Treated like king and queen by people we did not know, we left impressed by Full Sail and confident that good beer would reign. God Bless post-Fordism.
