Thank you for visiting the Lewis & Clark College Web site. Our Web site is authored by many individuals, offices, and departments. Like much of the Web, our site has developed organically, with some pages updated weekly (or even daily!) and some pages not updated at all. While our Web site is a very useful resource, be sure to confirm important matters with a live person or a printed document.

Many areas in our Web site are currently being redesigned. Please bear with us during the transition. If there is a link you can no longer find, please let us know.

The design of Lewis & Clark's official Web site is coordinated by the Creative Director for New Media and Web Communications Consultants in the Office of Public Affairs and Communications.

Trillium

Lewis & Clark's site is managed largely by Trillium - a content management system developed in-house by the new media team (including a student programmer!). For more information about Trillium, please visit http://www.lclark. edu/trillium.

Awards

In early 2002, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Region VIII awarded a 'Gold' in the student recruitment category to Inside L&C - a special website for admitted students. Inside L&C also recently won one of four national gold awards from CASE.

In early 2000, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Region VIII awarded a 'Gold' in the special publications category to the Lewis & Clark front page - including the back-end programming that manages the news and events calendars. CASE Region VIII also awarded a 'Bronze' in the student recruitment category for the online 2000 undergraduate viewbook.
