Trustee Biography: Bryce Burns

Bruce Burns serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Burns Bros., Inc. Burns Bros. grew from a single truck stop in 1947 into a diversified company employing more than 1,800 people. Today, Burns Bros. is involved in commercial and industrial real estate development with its Argyle Capital LLC Subsidiary, and also owns a consumer products company: Security Chain Co., an international marketer of winter traction control devices (tire chains), industrial hardware chain, and cargo control devices for the transportation industry.

Mr. Burns is a 1972 graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Mr. Burns and his wife, Brenda, have two sons.
