Connie McKelvey

Ms. McKelvey’s practice areas include professional liability defense, representation before professional licensing boards, litigation and health law. Her experience includes committee service on the Oregon State Bar Association, Council on Court Procedures (past chair), the Multnomah County Bar, The Defense Research Institute, the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel, the Oregon Medical Association and the Oregon State Health Division. She currently chairs the Alumni Board of Directors of the Lewis & Clark Law School.
 
Ms. McKelvey has authored or contributed to numerous health law publications including the Medical Staff & Communicable Disease Chapters of the Oregon Health Law Manual and the Professional Licensing Chapter of the Oregon Administrative Law Manual. She is also a frequent speaker to professional groups regarding litigation and health law related issues.
 
Ms. McKelvey graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in 1979. She received her J.D. in 1983 from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.
