Stephen H. Dover ‘83

Stephen H. Dover, CFA, is Managing Director and International Chief Investment Officer of Franklin Templeton Advisors. He is responsible for overseeing the investment functions of the locally managed and distributed products in South Korea, Brazil, China, Dubai, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and Australia.

Prior to serving in his current role, Mr. Dover was a founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bradesco Templeton Asset Management (BTAM), in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Dover is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Bootstrap Fund, a non-profit development bank focusing on micro-loans in Central America.

Mr. Dover earned a B.A. in Communications and Business Administration from Lewis & Clark College and a M.B.A in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mr. Dover has lived in: China, Costa Rica, England, Brazil and the United States.

Mr. Dover currently lives with his wife, Andrea and two children in San Mateo, California.
