Trustee Biography: Stephen H. Dover

Stephen H. Dover, CFA, is Managing Director and International Chief Investment Officer of Franklin Templeton Advisors. He is responsible for overseeing the investment functions of the locally managed and distributed products in South Korea, Brazil, China and India.

Mr. Dover earned a B.A. in Communications and Business Administration from Lewis & Clark College and a M.B.A in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Mr. Dover lives with his wife, Andrea, and two children in San Mateo, California.
