Trustee Biography: Jamie L. Forman

Jamie Forman, ‘81, is a member of the law firm Oberman, Thompson & Segal, LLC. The firm focuses its practice on labor and employment law and business and commercial litigation. Mr. Forman concentrates his practice in the area of business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on matters involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, confidential information, and various forms of extraordinary emergency equitable relief, such as temporary orders and preliminary injunctions.

He is a past president of the Lewis & Clark College’s Board of Alumni. Forman earned his bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark and his juris doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law. He lives in St. Paul, Minn., with his wife, Karen, and their two children.
