Patrick Markham

Pat Markham is President of Brooke Communications, Inc., which owns and operates radio stations, BCI Real Estate, Inc, a real estate investment and management company, and Fly Away Travel of Roseburg, Inc., which operates travel agencies. All are based in Roseburg Oregon.

Mr. Markham is a 1972 graduate of Lewis & Clark College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. He worked for Moss Adams, CPAs for four years in Portland, Vancouver and Eugene prior to moving to Roseburg to become controller of Sun Studs, Inc. until 1982. He founded Fly Away Travel in 1978, Brooke Communications in 1985 and BCI Real Estate in 1995.

Mr. Markham is a past director of Douglas National Bank and United Bancorp. He currently serves as chairman of the Board of Safari Game Search Foundation (Wildlife Safari) in Winston Oregon. Mr. Markham has served on many community boards over the years and is very supportive of education in general. He endows a communications scholarship at Umpqua Community College.

Mr. Markham lives in Roseburg with his wife Connie. They have three children and three grandchildren.
