Jose Antonio Vargas Lecture: “Define American” Jose Antonio Vargas is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, as well as an undocumented citizen from the Philippines. Since his declaration of his status in the New York Times, Vargas created the ‘Define American’ campaign to raise awareness about immigration issues. Learn his unique and inspiring story.
