Indian Law and the Government

Join the Native American Law Student Association (NALSA) in a presentation exploring the practice of Indian Law within the context of a government organization. This presentation invites attorneys from the U.S. Attorney’s office and the Oregon Department of Justice to discuss current efforts in Indian country and the complexities between state and federal jurisdiction. There will be time to ask the guest speakers questions and lunch will be provided. This event is open to the public.
