Turning Green Into Gold
-
Howard Hall is designed to capture and filter storm water runoff from its roofs--just one of many green features that helped the building earn a LEED Gold.
John R. Howard Hall has earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification for environmentally friendly design from the U.S. Green Building Council. The 50,000-square-foot academic building is the latest example of Lewis & Clarkâs commitment to sustainable building practices. Howard Hall joins approximately 40 other comparably rated buildings across the country.
