Campus Connections
Campus Events
Each year, we partner with different campus groups and academic departments to support their events by providing the related books for their symposia, speaking engagements and other performance pieces. Look for these events each month on the campus calendar.
Bookwarmings and Campus Authors
If you are a member of the campus community and are also a published author, we would like to host a Bookwarming for you. We will publicize the event and have refreshments available. Look for these events each month on the campus calendar.
If you are a alumni, faculty, or emeriti faculty member, we would be happy to keep copies of your book for sale on our shelves in our Campus Authors section in our trade book department. Please contact us with the title and ISBN.
Athletics
Join us at all the home football games and select basketball games to purchase game day gear!
Also, starting this year, we have partnered with Nike to support our Nike branded athletic teams.
Human Rights and the Bookstore
In partnership with the Worker’s Rights Consortium, the White House Labor Agreement and the Fair Labor Association, all of our vendors go through a rigorous approval process before their products are brought into the store to ensure that the highest standards of labor practices are being met. Their policies can be found at:
- Workers Rights Consortium: www.workersrights.org
- White House Labor Agreement: www.itcilo.it/actrav/actravenglish/telearn/global/ilo/guide/apparell.htm
