Curt Copenhagen

Curt Copenhagen graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration in 1955. After graduation, he went on to work in the forest industry for 44 years. His time in the industry was evenly divided between Longview Fiber, where he served as the Director of Public affairs, and International Paper, Long-Bell Division, where he served as the Public Relations Manager. He also served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and is a member of the American Legion.

Curt is now retired and lives with his wife Jane, Class of 1956, in Longview, WA. His three grown children, Craig, Lisa, and Carla, and four grandchildren still reside in the Pacific Northwest. Curt also enjoys restoring classic cars and shows his 1964 Chevy Impala hardtop in competitive car shows in Oregon and Washington.
