Paula Hayes

Paula Hayes is the owner of Hue Noir, LLC, a manufacturing company specializing in cosmetic formulation and product development located in Beaverton, Oregon. Paula graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She later earned her MBA at the University of Phoenix.

Paula started her career as a Research and Development Chemist for American Fruit Processors in Southern California. As an R&D Chemist, she specialized in new product development and had the opportunity to develop and contribute to new products being developed for clients ranging from Hansen Beverage, Quaker Oats, and Coca Cola to name a few. Inspired by her experience, Paula went on to earn her MBA and worked in the areas of Product Development, Business Development, Finance, Marketing and Strategic Planning.

Before starting Hue Noir, Paula served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for Trusperity Corporation in Southern California. In this role, she was charged with the task of building the business from concept to final product delivery to the marketplace. This experience combined with her years of experience added to her ability to launch her own business venture.

Paula lives in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband Brett and their two young sons, Jayden and Camden.
