  • Image preview All Day: Soup, Socks, and Snugglies Donation Drive Runs Through Dec. 15
    Please join the community effort and bring a smile to someone’s face this holiday season. Donation bins are located at various locations around campus.
  • Image preview 12:00pm: Employee Fitness - Core & Stretch
    Core & Stretch is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Fridays at 12-12:45 pm in the Class Room 019 Downstairs in the Pamplin Center.

    Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles.  A variety of class formats will be presented.
