  • Image preview 12:00pm: SUMMER CARDIO TENNIS (EFP)
    Cardio Tennis is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Jimmy Chau, Assistant Tennis Coach.  It is held in the Tennis Dome and at the Outdoor Courts.  You will improve your tennis game as you are pushed through skills and drills that keep you moving!

    Cycling is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor.  It is held in the Pamplin Center Foyer on Monday/Wednesday from 12noon-12:45pm.  All levels of fitness can ride and sweat together on a fitness journey using the stationary spinning/training bikes.

July 24th, 2014

    Pilates is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor.  It is held in the Pamplin Center Mat Room 019 on Thursday from 12noon-12:45pm.  It’s the best work-out for developing stability, mobility, flexibility, and total body integrated strength.

    Power Hour is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Angela Dendas, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.  It is held in the Pamplin Center Fitness Center/Weight Room on Friday from 12noon-12:45pm.  Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength.  This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advanced physical shape or just starting out.

  • Image preview 12:00pm: SUMMER X-TRAIN (EFP)
    X-Train & Core is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor.  It meets in the Pamplin Center Mat Room 019, and is also is held in other outdoor spaces around campus from 12noon-12:45pm.  Come do it all with a variety of exercises…cardio, strength, and stretch…it’s definitely a total body work-out!

    Operation Nightwatch, a non-sectarian night ministry of friendship and community, has been serving Portland’s street population since 1981. Come find out how you can join in solidarity with this organization.
