    Cardio Tennis is taught by Jimmy Chau, Tennis Coach, on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Indoor Tennis Dome, or on the outdoor courts, weather permitting.   Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!

    X-Training is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12-12:45 pm in the Pamplin Center Activity (Mat) Room, or outside weather permitting.  Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.

    Core & Stretch is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Friday at 12-12:45 pm in the Pamplin Activity (Mat) Room 019.

    Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles.  A variety of class formats will be presented.

    Save lives locally! Donate with Bloodworks NW, a Pacific NW-based nonprofit that supplies all Legacy and Providence Hospitals in Oregon.
