    Water Exercise & Water Running Workshop

    Do you like being in the water, but want to keep your hair and glasses dry?  Did you know that you can walk/jog/run in the water during open Lap Swim hours?  Come see Employee Fitness Coach, Suzanne Brauer, to hear about the basics of the vertical technique, posture, and alignment, how to use the buoyancy belts (for use in the deep end), and to learn about the kinds of workouts you can do.

    Who?  For all who are interested.

    What?  A workshop.  Wear a swim suit or tight shorts/shirt, if you want to get wet!

    Where?  Zehntbauer Swim Pavilion Pool Balcony.  Enter through the Foyer or through the Locker Rooms.  A sandwich sign board will be there to guide you in.

    When?  Thursday, August 27, 12:00 Noon 1:00 PM

    Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advance physical shape or just starting out.

    Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!

    All levels of fitness can ride and sweat together on a stationary bike through a fitness journey of timed intervals and terrain simulations.
