  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY - ROWING (ERGOMETER) GROUP
    It’s fun and a full body work-out.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can learn the machine.  Come to practice and sweat with others.  It happens in the Crew Team Room in the Basement of Zehntbauer Swim Pavilion on Fridays from 12-1 pm.
  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS - POWER HOUR

    Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advance physical shape or just starting out.

    Experience a combination of exercises from yoga, pilates, fitness, and therapy for stamina, stability, strengthening, and stretching.

    Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving!
  • Image preview 12:00pm: EMPLOYEE FITNESS - INDOOR CYCLING
    All levels of fitness can ride and sweat together on a stationary bike through a fitness journey of timed intervals and terrain simulations.

    Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.

    Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.
  • Image preview 11:30am: EMPLOYEE ACTIVITY - FUTSAL
    It’s fun and friendly.  Everyone is welcome.  All levels can play.  It’s a version of indoor soccer with a heavier ball.  It happens in the Pamplin Sports Center Gym on Tuesdays from 11:30-1 pm.  (When the weather is good, it may move outside.)

    Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles.
