  • Image preview 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Employee Fitness Mind-Body Fusion
    Mind-Body Fusion is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sports Center Activitiy Room 019, on Wednesdays from 12:00-12:45 pm.  Experience a combination of exercises from yoga, pilates, fitness, and therapy for stamina, stability, strengthening, and stretching.  Mats are provided.

    Cardio Tennis is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Jimmy Chau, Assistant Tennis Coach.  It is held in the Tennis Dome and at the Outdoor Courts.

    X-Train & Core is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sport Center 019 Activity Room and outside at various locations on campus, on Tuesdays from 12:00-12:45 pm.  Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.

    Join your LC colleagues for happy hour at Maggie’s every third Thursday of the month.
  • Image preview 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Employee Fitness Spin-Cycle
    Spin-Cycle is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sports Center Foyer or outside on the patio, on Thursdays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Stationary training bikes are used.  All levels of fitness can ride and sweat together on a fitness journey.

  • Image preview 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Employee Fitness Program - Get Moving on Mondays! Free!
    Informal Introductions to Individual Exercise Routines:  This week…Monday, May 18:  Meet on the Indoor Pool deck at 12:00 noon-12:45pm for a Water Running Work-Out.  Swimming skills are not required for this activity.  You don’t have to wear a swimsuit, as shorts and a tank top will work just fine.

    Power Hour is taught by Angela Dendas, head strength and conditioning coach, in the Pamplin Center Weight Room, on selected Fridays from 12:00-12:45 pm.  Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functionaly training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength.  This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advanced physical shape or just starting out.
