Yoga is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor. It is held in the Pamplin Center Mat Room 019 on Friday from 1:00pm-1:45pm. This is a user-friendly, flowing practice, emphasizing sun salutations and standing poses for stamina and strength, along with the stretching that the postures provide.
