About Student Support Services
Lewis & Clark is committed to serving the needs of its students with disabilities. The College provides a Coordinator of Student Support Services and other professional staff in the office of Student Support Services who are available to ensure that students with disabilities receive all of the benefits of a comprehensive selection of services. The office also provides advising and advocacy for students with disabilities and support for all students who seek advice on academic strategies. Services, advising, and accommodations, are always the result of an active partnership between the students and members of the Support Services staff.
Students are encouraged to refer to the formal Student Disabilities Policy and Grievance Procedure, which provides prompt and equitable resolution of any complaints arising out of the College's responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and other pertinent federal, state and local disability anti-discrimination laws.
