Cassie is an International Affairs major, East Asian Studies minor from Wailuku, Hawaii (Maui) who participates in Speech & Debate, works in the library in Information Technology, and can often be seen around campus chasing squirrels with her camera.

Cassie's advice to prospective students would be to make sure that the school you choose is in or near a cool city. While the school can have its perks (she loves LC for the overseas programs and chai lattes), the college experience isn't entirely based in the classroom. It's about interacting with a community and exploring uncharted territory, too. Finding an awesome place to wander and enjoy makes a huge difference during the years you'll spend at school.
