Congratulations on your admission to Lewis & Clark College! Now that you are on your way to being a real college student, why not find out what life is really like for a college student at Lewis & Clark? Our exclusive Admitted Student Program is a great opportunity for you and your parents to visit campus on a weekend and have the undivided attention of faculty, staff and student representatives who can answer any questions you may have about Lewis & Clark.
Take a sneak peek at what you can expect while on campus during the Admitted Student Program 2008…
- Registration
8:00am - Foyer of Stamm Dining Hall, Templeton Student Center
- Welcome Address
8:30am - Agnes Flanagan Chapel

- Parent Panel
9:10am - Council Chambers
An opportunity for parents and family members of admitted students to get the insiders' view of Lewis & Clark. Come with questions in hand for faculty and staff representatives.
- Student Panel
9:10am - Fir Acres Theatre
Learn from your peers what the Lewis & Clark experience is all about. Current students from all walks of life talk about life on Palatine Hill.
- Academic and Activities Fair
10:00am - JR Howard Hall
Get all the answers! Faculty, staff, and students from academic departments and student life will be available to answer your questions. Get the scoop on the academic department you are interested in, then talk to a student about residence life, student activities, athletics and more!
- Lunch
11:30am-1:00pm - Fields Dining Hall
Sample our food service, Bon Appetit, and eat with members of the Lewis & Clark community. Check out what will be cooking for the weekend you're on campus at the Fields Dining Hall
- Campus Tours
11:30am & 12:15 pm
Hour-long full campus tours are led by current students and will include a tour of one residence hall room as well as the academic facilities on campus.
- Financing Your Education
1:15pm & 2:15pm - Council Chambers
A discussion with Michael Sexton, dean of admissions, and Glendi Gaddis, director of student financial services, about merit-based scholarships, need-based financial aid, and other financing options. Need some information about financial aid now? Find the answers to your questions by visiting the financial aid pages.
- Residence Hall Tours
1:15pm & 2:15pm
Join one of our Residence Hall tours and compare the various residence halls for yourself! A room in each of our residence halls will be viewed during these hour-long tours.
