Shayna Lignell, '11

Overnight Host

Shayna is from Boulder, Colorado and her acadmic interests are psychology, Latin American studies, and Anthropology. Her co-curricular interests include LC Dance Club, Spanish Club, dancing in Portland, Slam Poetry, and hiking/biking/backpackins/skiing.

Shayna's one piece of advice for prospective students is that she would "advise every student who is able to to visit the college campus and spend the night. Staying with a student at LC really showed me what the school is like, and more importantly, what the people are like. I fell in love with the LC vibe, and my feelings haven't changed. It's hard to know what a school will be like from the brochure, but experiencing a college campus for yourself is a great way to determine if you want to go there."
