Joe Grennman '97Legal Counsel
OHCAJoe currently serves as legal counsel for the Oregon Health Care Association, the trade association that represents the long term care profession throughout the state of Oregon. He is available to the association's hundreds of members to provide legal advice and assistance. Joe represents the association's membership before state and federal regulators who draft, interpret, and implement statutes and rules that effect the long term care profession in Oregon.
Prior to joining OHCA in February 2007, Joe worked for the legal department of Regence BlueCross BlueShield. Before attending law school, he worked for the United States House of Representatives for five years. During his final two years in Congress, he was Professional Majority Staff for the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce. In that capacity, he planned and implemented Congressional oversight of the Medicare program. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
Alisha (Beamer) Killian '97Senior Manager
Marketing Operations
adidas Alisha currently manages the Marketing Operations team for adidas America. This includes overseeing the strategic planning & implementation of adidas' go-to-market processes, marketing systems infrastructure and sales tools alignment. Prior to this Alisha spent 7 years in Global Operations for adidas International and was primarily responsible for managing costs within the Supply Chain and Sourcing organizations. This included a year spent working on the acquisition of the Reebok Brand and delivering subsequent cost synergies. Prior to adidas Alisha worked at Fila International in Footwear Product Development and Costing.
Rachel leads the Portland-area marketing and sales efforts for Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a leader in planning, designing and operating infrastructure throughout the world. She is responsible for all aspects of pursuit management, including lead identification, strategic positioning, proposal development and interview coaching. She is also an active member of the Oregon Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Prior to PB, Rachel was the Marketing Manager at Murase Associates, a boutique landscape architecture and urban design firm.
