Bus Passes

Bus passes are typically available for purchase from the 26th of the ending month until the 8th of the new month at a subsidized rate to qualified members of the Lewis & Clark community. We accept personal checks and cash as payment.

Vehicle Identification Passes

Law students wishing to park in designated lots (law student or 3rd/4th year lots) with daily permits need special Vehicle Identification passes for each vehicle. Those with semester or yearly passes will need a vehicle identification pass only if a daily permit is ever purchased. Request forms are available at the Business Services office counter. Please allow one business day for processing.

Bulk Parking Permits

Packages of daily parking passes are available in Business Services. Please contact us for more information.

Stamps

Rolls of stamps are available for purchase at the Business Services office. Individual stamps are available for purchase at the Reception Desk in the Legal Research Center.

Cash Boxes

Student groups or departments may use stocked locking cash boxes on loan from Business Services for events that require money handling. Please notify Business Services at least seven days in advance of an event when a cash box will be needed.

Deposits

Department heads and student group leaders can submit cash, checks or credit card slips (VISA and MC only) to Business Services for deposit at the Cashier's Office. Place deposit in a sealed envelope with the total amount, account number and name of contact person clearly written on the envelope. Receipts are only given upon request.
