Student Payroll Information
The students of Lewis & Clark College not only perform an important role in the Academic arena but as a working group their contribution is invaluable as a support group to the many offices on campus.
Business Services processes law student payroll checks. For employment opportunities please contact Career Services.
Student Payroll Forms
There are at least three forms that need to be completed by the student in order to receive a payroll check: law student employee checklist (PDF), W-4 FORM and I-9 FORM. I-9 forms must be filled out with a Business Services staff member. W-4 and I-9 forms are available to be downloaded off of the Business Office Forms web site. Federal Work Study Jobs

Once a student is hired, the following paper work must be filled out before the student starts working: law student employee checklist, Federal Work Study request form (PDF), W-4 and I-9. I-9 forms must be filled out with Business Services personnel. Find out more about Federal Work Study for law students. Timecard Deadlines
