Radio Series DVD

More than 70 public radio stations across the country have aired Unfinished Journey: The Lewis and Clark Expedition, either in part or in its entirety. For those in the Portland area, Oregon Public Broadcasting is rebroadcasting the series on Fridays (at 2 and 8 p.m.) beginning July 21.

If Unfinished Journey wasn't carried in your area--or if you missed the series--you can now enjoy it on DVD. In addition to the broadcast radio program, the DVD includes portions of extended interviews that, due to time constraints, ended up on the cutting-room floor. Each of the 13 programs is accompanied by a slide show of images (some archival, some modern) and original music by Aaron Meyer '95 and Bill Lamb '88. Several of the episodes include lesson plans for middle school and high school classrooms.
