Classical Studies Minor

This minor is inherently interdisciplinary. The courses required for the minor, therefore, will include not only the two Classical Studies courses, but also, to provide an appropriate balance of disciplinary perspective within the minor, courses in a minimum of three of the traditional academic disciplines, including Greek or Latin language through 201. The specific courses a student chooses within the minor will naturally reflect the student's specific interest within Greco-Roman studies, but the minor will grow from the foundation course and will culminate in the senior capstone course - both of which will ensure a solid degree of common experience within the minor.
