Michie Shinohara

Instructor, Japanese Language

A native of Tokyo, Japan, Ms. Shinohara has over 20 years experience teaching Japanese at all levels. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the International Christian University in Tokyo, majoring in teaching Japanese as a foreign language, and her Masters degree in Japanese linguistics from Ohio State University. She is currently a secretary of the ATJO (Assn. of Teachers of Japanese in Oregon) and is involved in networking college level teachers.
