"In educational leadership, we are not preparing future superintendents and principals to be saviors, but we are calling for leadership that will challenge all of us to face problems for which there are no simple, painless solutions - the solutions will require new learning and courage." -Jay Casbon, former dean of the Graduate School of Education

In preparing leaders for 21st-century schools, courses in the Educational Leadership program are continually updated and deal with timely issues such as equity, diversity, and moral dilemmas of leadership. To help foster contemporary thought and growth, courses are taught by professionally active faculty with extensive experience in the field of Educational Leadership. The program also provides a strong support staff to help guide students through their programs at Lewis & Clark College. For more information about our faculty, click on the link below.
