E&D and The Living Learning Community
Lewis & Clark's Living Learning Community program is currently in the developmental stages for incoming 2008-09 first-year students. This new program will provide a living/learning residential experience focused upon Exploration and Discovery's fall semester.
Kristi Williams has agreed to participate in the LLC trial program. Her section will be roughly identical to other fall sections, but there will be additional outside-class activities, including study sessions and/or civic-engagement opportunities. Students will also participate with their E&D instructor in an evening activity. The affiliation of classroom and residence hall is intended to increase the living/learning experience of each student in the program. The LLC trail program will be in effect for the fall semester only, students will be able to select any of the spring sections when the opportunity to register for them is available.
Please note that if you are selected to participate in this program, then you will be unable to change either your E&D section or your assigned housing except in extreme circumstances.
Kristi Williams' Living Learning Community section is filled and is no longer an available option.
