Zehntbauer Masonry Work

8/14/2002

The final brick sealing was successfully completed with the Frank Manor work at the end of July.

7/11/2002

The work is complete except for the sealing of the brick which will be done with the Frank Manor masonry work near the end of the month.

6/25/2002

The replacement work is half way complete and will finish up this week. Following, the masons begin to clean and reseal the entire south elevation of the building.

6/18/2002

The lobby and one office in the front of Zehntbauer have experienced leaks during heavy rains for some time now. After removing some of the brick from the upper south wall of the building, investigation shows a masonry system that has failed and allows water to run down the concrete inner wall and into the building. This project will remove three entire rows of brick, correct the flashing detail, and then clean and seal the entire wall. This work will last about three weeks.
