2007-2008 Gender Studies Courses
Consistent with College policy for undergraduate minors, the following regulations apply to the Gender Studies Interdisciplinary Minor:
1. The minor consists of a group of core courses (16 semester hours) and additional electives (8 semester hours);
2. Students choose electives from a list substantially larger than the number of courses required for the minor;
3. At least sixteen semester hours used for the minor should be unique in that they are not used for another minor or a major;
4. At least sixteen semester hours for the minor should be taken at Lewis & Clark; and,
5. The Director is responsible for verifying the student's completion of the Gender Studies Minor.
Students interested in a Gender Studies Minor should contact the Director, Deborah Heath, Sociology and Anthropology Department, x7663, and/or one of the sponsoring faculty (a current list is available from the Director).
