Parking Information

The following are the parking regulations effective Monday, April 25 through Friday, August 8, 2008:

* Parking regulations will be enforced for Staff parking spaces, which are marked with a yellow line from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. You must have a 2007/2008 Staff Parking hangtag in order to park in these spaces. If you are staff or faculty, adjunct or otherwise, who does not have an existing 2007/2008 hangtag and would like one for the summer, please see your department administrative staff. They will be available in the department offices on Monday, April 28th. There is no charge for the hangtag during summer term.

* All unmarked parking spaces are available for parking by anyone. This includes the “the loop”. If the South Campus parking lots are full, you can park on Fir Acres campus, which is across the street from South Campus. However, please note that you must have a parking permit to park anywhere on Fir Acres until Monday, May 5th. Parking permits are required all summer on the Law School campus. Parking permits are $4.00 per day, and $2.00 after 4pm. They may be purchased at Campus Safety or the Permit machine located on South Campus.

* Parking is free on South Campus (and Fir Acres after May 5) during summer term. However, all vehicles must be registered. You can register your vehicles online at www.lclark.edu/dept/parking/vehiclereg.html. Unregistered vehicles parked on campus are subject to fines, immobilization (booting), and/or towing at the owner's expense.
