LATE ADD/DROP PROCESS
Students dropping a course after the add/drop period or adding a course after the first day of class after the add/drop period are considered late and must submit a Late Add/Drop Form. The dates for the add/drop periods are published on the Graduate School Academic Calendar web page. Students dropping to zero credits must submit a Withdrawal Form and not a Late Add/Drop Form.
To request to drop a course after the add/drop period or add a course after the first day of class after the add/drop period, students need to obtain a Late Add/Drop Form from the Graduate Registrar's Office in Rogers Hall Room 301 or select Graduate Late Add/Drop Form from the box at the right. Students may add a class using WebAdvisor up to the first day of the course even if it is after the add/drop period. Email, fax or mail the completed form to the address or number given below or return the form to the Registrar's Office (there is an After Hours Drop Box that is located on the 3rd floor of Rogers Hall. The box is on the hall wall outside the Registrar's Office Room 303).
