Willamette Dental Plan
 Plan Overview:
The Willamette Dental Plan offers participants low out-of-pocket costs that include no annual maximums and no deductibles. Dental care will ONLY be covered if a participant visits a Willamette Dental office, with the exception of an emergency or a specialty referral. The length of waiting times for an appointment will vary depending on the time, day, location, and provider, but it may take up to 30 days for the first appointment. All payments are due at the time of service as the dental benefits are directly applied and there is no need to bill another insurance company.
