LCCSSA Bargaining Unit

The College recognizes LCCSSA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining unit described as follows:

Including: all nonprofessional, nonexempt support staff in the College of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School of Professional Studies, and the Law School, including clerical, secretarial, print shop, administration offices and laboratory technician employees.

Excluding: grounds/maintenance employees, housekeeping employees, faculty, exempt employees, professional employees, guards, student-employees, casual or temporary employees, part time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than twenty (20) hours per week, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947.

Maintenance Bargaining Unit

The College recognizes the Teamsters as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Maintenance Department employees.

Excluding: office clerical, seasonal, part-time, temporary, and student employees, guards, professional employees, supervisors, and all other employees.
