A healthy workplace begins with healthy employees. As a Lewis & Clark employee you have a number of wellness activities and education opportunities available to you.
Health and Wellness Coaching
Health Risk Assessments and Wellness Coaching is a benefit offered at no cost to our employees. This Health & Wellness benefit includes access to online assessment tools, information, and professional wellness coaching that will help you make changes to a healthier lifestyle.

Acting as a virtual personal trainer, the SparkPeople program provides you with an individualized plan and the motivation you need to reach your unique health and fitness goals. Wellness Fair
Our annual Benefits and Wellness Fair occurs every February. This is a great opportunity to learn more about wellness services that come with your benefits, participate in health screenings, and receive information on nutrition, weight management, and building an exercise program that is right for you.
