ISLC Board Meeting Minutes for November 13, 2007

Meeting called to order at 3:35pm

Present: Everyone except for Akiko

1. International Fair: Logo Contest

All for Shannon’s: 5

Changes to be made on logo: colors of the map, the star to an LC logo, incorporate names of countries in some way

2. Unite in Harmony

* Portland Taiko will be put off for some other occasion

* Rehearsal date: Monday, 19th at 6:00pm – MC, stage hands, stage manager

* Yuki: book the trail room for the rehearsal

* Shelley: find out about keyboards from the music department

* Liz: write a short paragraph about the event

* Everyone: please tell your performers to cut their number of performances to 2

* Publicity and distributing the flyers

* Joseph: please make 100 copies on colored paper

* Flyers must be up before thanksgiving break

* Athletes are still in!

* For transportation, use vans from the athletic department
