Check your application file
When the Law School Admissions Office receives your application for admission, we will mail a letter notifying you that your file has been established in our office and in our computer database. This letter contains your Lewis & Clark ID number and a confidential PIN which allows you access to WebAdvisor to check on the completeness of your file. Once you are in WebAdvisor, you will find important user instructions by pressing the HELP button.
You can check your file for completeness online only if you have your ID number and PIN. If you submitted your application at least three weeks ago and have not yet received a letter, call us at 800-303-4860 or 503-768-6613. If you applied within the past three weeks, please wait for your letter.
If you have misplaced the letter containing your Lewis & Clark ID number and PIN, please complete the Pin Request Form, and we will remind you of your ID number and assign you a new PIN.
Remember that it takes several days for credentials to make it through the United States Postal system, our on-campus mailroom, and the sorting and filing process within the Admissions Office. Please allow two weeks between the date that an item was mailed and the date you can expect it to appear in your online file.
