Professional Background

Professor Nycum was a research associate with the Health Law Center of the University of Pittsburgh and then assistant director of the Allegheny County Law Library. He has been project coordinator and systems analyst for the Allegheny County Bureau of Systems and Computer Services and for two years was manager of user services for the Stanford Computation Center. Prior to coming to the law school, Nycum was director of the San Mateo County Law Libraries.
