Problems Logging In?

Have you entered the zeros in the password?
It is necessary to use the zero in your password even if it precedes the numerical values.

Are you trying to access the directory from work?
Some companies have a firewall that prohibits employees from accessing password protected sites. If you are at work, but are having difficulties, ask your systems administrator if a firewall is in place.
