Registration Form

Although the symposium is free, including lunch and reception, space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an emailed notification either that the symposium is full, or that your registration is confirmed. Please bring your confirmation notice with you to the symposium. Parking will be extremely limited; you are strongly encouraged to take a symposium shuttle bus to campus. Please choose your preferred shuttle pickup spot from the options below – more detailed information will be sent to you upon confirmation.
