Confirmation/preregistration:
Confirmation will be sent via e-mail or fax.

Cancellation policy:
Tuition minus a $20 handling charge will be refunded if the cancellation request is made in writing and is received by March 30, 2004.

MCLE credit:
Those who attend the Joyce Ann Harpole Lecture will qualify for 1.5 general MCLE credits and 1.0 ethics MCLE credit.
