Criminal Justice: Criminal Law II*

An introduction to federal criminal law, to include both doctrine and policy issues. Likely topics include federal criminal jurisdiction, narcotics trafficking, white collar crimes, organized crime and RICO, terrorism, and immigration. Final exam.
