Constitutional Theory Seminar *

Description:

Limit: 15 students.

This seminar considers some of the most interesting theoretical issues of Constitutional Law. We look closely at the problems presented in a small number of select cases, and examine interesting and appropriate collateral readings. Each student researches and writes a paper which is discussed during the last third of the seminar session as a work in progress. Students may elect to submit their papers in satisfaction of the A or B writing requirement. All final papers are due no later than the last day of final examinations.
