Please fill out this form completely, even if you do not intend to borrow equipment from us.
We would like to accommodate as many students as possible on all of our trips, and in order to plan we need to know what equipment you need. If you have any questions please call (503) 768-7116. We will let you know if we are unavailable to fill your equipment requests within a week of receiving your form. Usually, we are able to fill all requests
Don't go out and buy equipment just for this trip if you or your family don't already own it. We encourage you to bring your own personal equipment if you have it, because it may be more comfortable for you, however, we have plenty to loan. If you do borrow equipment from your family or bring your own, make sure it matches what is required for your trip. Check the separate Personal Equipment List just to be sure!
