Hotel Arrangements: If you need to come earlier than the date of your trip, please be aware that you are responsible for making hotel arrangements. We will be happy to pick you up at any of the hotels listed to the right below the trip departure dates. Please note that we can only pick up participants at these hotels.

College Outdoors Breakaway Adventures

HOTEL LIST & ARRIVAL DATES

Trip Arrival Dates/Times: If you are flying in, try to arrive at the Portland airport between 9 and 11 am on the day your Breakaway Adventure leaves. (Anytime up until 11 am is great).

If you are driving, please arrive at Lewis & Clark College between 10 and 11 am.

If you have trouble with flight schedules, please call us at (503) 768-7116 before making arrangements to arrive later than 11 am.

HOTELS

There is no need to stay in a hotel if you can arrive on the day your trip leaves. However, if you need to stay in a hotel or motel, we will be glad to pick you up directly from any of the following hotels between 9 am and 11 am on the day of your trip. Please fill in the information about your hotel on the Travel Information Form, so we can plan our pick up schedule.

There are several hotels close to the Portland International Airport. We can pick you up on the morning of your trip at any of the following hotels only. Each has a free shuttle service from the airport.

You can also stay at a hotel near Lewis & Clark College in Southwest Portland. The rate listed here is a special one for students coming to Lewis & Clark.
