CO Gear Checkout
Working on the College Outdoors student staff does not, unfortunately, entitle you to use of the program's gear for personal trips at no cost. Trip leaders and assistant leaders may use the gear under certain conditions-- generally for scouting trip areas and improving their skills to lead certain trips. The leaders who use equipment are also expected to give something back to the program in return, such as teaching clinics for free, doing volunteer work days to repair gear for us, and similar contributions.

Please initial if you understand this agreement:

Office Questions Please list experience with computers and knowledge of software, i.e. e-mail and the Internet, MSWord, Pagemaker, Microsoft Works, Excel, FileMaker Pro, and HTML.

Warehouse and Vehicle Questions Have you previously worked in the outdoor industry? Which organization, what was your role and what did you learn?
Would you be able to be cleared to drive school vehicles (that means you have no tickets or accidents in the past 3 years on your record)? Parking tickets don’t count-- just moving violations, like speeding, reckless driving, etc.
What types of vehicles have you driven? What is the biggest vehicle you have driven? How much have you driven them?
Do you have any experience repairing or doing maintenance on vehicles or trailers?
