Portland Streetcar

The Portland Streetcar system is a collaborative effort between the City of Portland and Tri-Met. The same tickets and passes used for MAX or Tri-Met Buses are also used for the Portland Streetcar. The streetcar opened during the summer of 2001 and operates between NW 23rd Ave. and Portland State University. The streetcars also service the Pearl District. Stops are placed every 2-3 blocks.
